looking back at older work #9

Near Narita, Chiba, Japan, 2006
A good picture is wrought from a certian anticipation which is charged with luck. Is the picture all about how the motorcycle is bisected by the man? By how the slight panning leaves the moving bike sharp and the sationary men blurred? Those are parts of the picture. Those things and how they come to make a picture happen interest (and confound) me. Not yet understanding in exactness allows room to try new things to learn more.
However, I have played this game before:

Naomi, Lincoln, Nebraska, 2003
To me the shared subject matter of these two pictures is Time and Form.
I really like the black-and-white one (always have).
