This has to do with something: Photo-related Review 4

Filed under: japan, Photography, reviews — John @ 8:32 pm

Canon screwmount 35mm f2 lens
Came across this lens last week at Hikari Camera, a great little camera shop near Matsudo station. With this lens I shot 3 rolls of Kodak Portra 160 and one of that Kodak Ultra Color (none of these pictures are from that roll) through my MP and R2. If I had to choose one word to describe this lens I would say “Dreamy”. If I could choose two consecutive words, they might be “New Color”.

  6. We are going back at the end of Aug. Sept. and Oct. for weddings
This probably means we won’t make it back for X-mas. Do you
usually have your connections on the west or east coast?

  7. “New color,” yes. This film is providing you with fertile ground for new problems to work through (given the shorter depth of field).
