I was always wondering how they pick their pray to collect money. I have lived my apartment in kitasenjyu for more than 6 months i have not seen anyone from NHK even once in my building. I would probably tell them that " I would pay you if you guys would use the money properly not fopr dirty money. Maybe you became good pray for them when you paid them last time. life is not fair man.. you know what?

But then again I did not expect him to be inside so I did not have a camera on me at the time. No prints were ruined through the whole deal either.
